War Not Slowing Push of Coalition

Entertainment and trade representatives don’t expect political backlash from the U.S. war with Iraq to thwart ongoing efforts to loosen trade restrictions and combat global piracy.

Motion Picture Assn. of America President Jack Valenti and Recording Industry Assn. of America Chief Executive Hilary Rosen as well as U.S. Trade Representative Robert Zoellick said they expect their trade lobbying to proceed even in countries where the war has triggered large anti-U.S. protests.
