Gas Guzzlers Are Partly to Blame for Price Hikes

I see that the experts are predicting gasoline to go to $3 a gallon by June. They say this is because there is a 10% shortfall in refinery capacity.
Someone tell me again how I’m not being hurt by all these people driving sport utility vehicles that they don’t really need.
