Corona Clique Fastest Qualifier for Futurity

Fillies have won the Kindergarten Futurity four years in a row, a streak that might continue May 17.

Corona Clique was the fastest of 10 qualifiers for the Futurity, a Grade I, Saturday night, winning her trial by 1 3/4 lengths under jockey Eddie Garcia in 15.38 seconds for 300 yards. Owned by Vinewood Farms and trained by Mike Howell, Corona Clique is one of five fillies who qualified for the Futurity.

The rest of the field, in order of their qualifying times: Ocean Cartel, Metallic Lion, Shyann Cash, How Good, Feet Of Flames, Beyond Brilliant, Hawkish, Pencilmein and Fast Goin Chick.
