Four More Arrested in Crackdown on Group
From Times Wire Reports
Saudi police have arrested four more people suspected of links to Al Qaeda in their crackdown on extremists after May 12 bombings in Riyadh, a Western diplomat said. He had no details.
Saudi officials had announced four arrests earlier.
The diplomat said the latest arrests involved four men linked to, but not among, 19 suspects the Saudis have sought in connection with a weapons cache found in Riyadh on May 6. The government had said the 19 were believed to be receiving orders directly from Osama bin Laden.
