Police Code of Silence
Re “Officers Walk as LAPD Waits,” May 19: The corrupt cops can’t be prosecuted because their buddies investigating them didn’t file charges in time, and now they can’t remember why? When are the district attorney and the rest of this country going to wake up and start calling this “blue code of silence” by its true names? Like obstruction of justice, perjury, fraud, aiding and abetting, conspiracy. If you can’t prosecute the corrupt cops, then prosecute the other corrupt cops who let them off the hook.
