From Times Wire Reports

The Senate voted 89 to 4 to impose diplomatic and economic sanctions on Syria unless it ends its occupation of Lebanon, cuts ties to groups that the United States regards as terrorist organizations and stops development of chemical and biological weapons. The House voted 398 to 4 to pass a similar proposal two months ago. The two versions must be reconciled before a final vote.
