From Times Wire Reports
Israeli troops fatally shot a 14-year-old Palestinian boy in a village near the West Bank city of Nablus, military sources and residents said.
Israeli military sources said soldiers on patrol in Beit Furik shot a rubber bullet and killed a Palestinian who was about to throw a gasoline bomb at them.
Local residents identified the victim as Ahmed Hanani and said he had been near other youths who were throwing stones. A medic who evacuated Ahmed to a Nablus hospital said the boy was shot in the stomach.
