Malfunctions Not Found in Canyon Copter Crash
From Times Wire Reports
No signs of mechanical malfunction were found in the engine or in other wreckage from a sightseeing helicopter that crashed in the Grand Canyon in September, killing seven people, a report said.

The helicopter was shuttling sightseers from the Grand Canyon’s rim to the Colorado River below when a rotor blade struck the nearly vertical canyon wall.
