Slain Gang Leader’s Followers Set Fires

Protesters angered by the recent slaying of a gang leader burned three government buildings in Gonaives, independent Radio Metropole said.
Supporters of Amiot Metayer, leader of the “Cannibal Army” gang, set fire to a customs house, police station and state-run insurance company.
Metayer’s bullet-riddled body was found near the town of St. Marc on Sept. 22.
