Tape of Purported Bombers Posted on Net
From Times Wire Reports

Saudi officials blamed Al Qaeda for the attacks in which nine bombers struck Western housing compounds, killing at least two dozen people.
The recording, which also includes four purported attackers delivering last testaments, doesn’t indicate that Al Qaeda ordered or planned the attack. But one speaker dedicates it to Osama bin Laden.
