Glaxo Wins Ruling Against Paxil Users

GlaxoSmithKline won a federal court ruling denying class-action status for Paxil users in California who claim the company failed to tell them the antidepressant was habit-forming.
U.S. District Judge Mariana Pfaelzer wrote in an Aug. 29 ruling that the claims were too dissimilar to be tried as a group.
