Blaze Kills 67 Inmates at Prison Near Capital

A fire killed 67 inmates as it swept through a prison near Riyadh, the Saudi capital. A security official said initial reports suggested that a short-circuit may have started the blaze.
The official Saudi news agency quoted the head of prison affairs at the Interior Ministry as saying 20 inmates and three security guards were injured.
