From Times Wire Reports
Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi kept Japan’s reform-minded economy and banking minister in a Cabinet reshuffle. He reappointed Heizo Takenaka, architect of the government’s fiscal austerity policies, despite calls to oust him.
