Illegal and Enticing

Banning sales of cough remedies to minors may not exactly help with the abuse of these substances (April 4). It may actually promote the use because it presents a new challenge. The situation would become like cannabis or even beer, where it is illegal but still is available through multiple options but at higher prices through “dealers.” This would just present an array of new problems for the already-burdened police.
