A ‘Sorry’ State of Affairs
Patt Morrison’s writings are always good and sometimes they are great. “No Apology, but a Lot of Sorry Excuses” (April 6) was superior.
My mother taught me many years ago that it is never inappropriate to say “I’m sorry.” What has happened to us? A person can’t even say “I’m sorry” without some people immediately asking, “Why did he say that? What are his motivations? He must have an angle.”
