Adding Mexican Trucks

Re “Bush Wants U.S. Roads Opened to Mexican Trucks, Buses,” April 22: President Bush and the Supreme Court should spend a week in Mexico City before they even think of letting those buses and trucks into the U.S. Don’t we have enough problems with emissions pollution already? Not to mention our ongoing traffic woes.
