City Pool Admission, Swim Lesson Fees Rise

Daily adult prices for city pools were increased last month from $2 to $5, and the price of a discounted 20-swim pass went from $35 to $95.
On Sept. 1, swimming lessons also will get more expensive. In addition, seven of the city’s 13 pools will be closed for 3 1/2 months in the winter, saving the city about $1.2 million.
