* Federal prosecutors are examining payments that pharmacy benefit management company Medco Health Solutions Inc. made to a health insurer to see whether they violated anti-kickback laws, according to court filings.

* Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc.’s former chief executive, Sharon Patrick, has left the New York media and merchandising company’s board, the company said.

The Folonari family, owner of Ruffino since 1913, retains the majority interest in and management of the Italian vintner, Fairport, N.Y.-based Constellation said.

* UAL Corp., parent of United Airlines, said it would lay off up to 825 ramp and customer service employees as it continued its attempt to emerge from Bankruptcy Court protection. The cuts would occur at 18 airports.
