Military Plane Crashes in Mountains, Killing 16

A Venezuelan military plane crashed in a mountainous area near Caracas, killing all 16 people aboard, including two high-ranking officers, officials said.
The other victims were seven soldiers and officers and seven civilians, including a 4-year-old boy, Information Minister Andres Izarra said.
