* 99 Cents Only Stores named James Ritter to succeed Andrew Farina as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Farina is moving to the new post of corporate treasurer. The company said Ritter was most recently executive vice president and chief financial officer of Bristol Farms, a supermarket chain based in Los Angeles that was recently sold to Albertsons Inc.
