Man Wanted in Fraud Case Caught in Panama

The former head of a Kentucky-based company who was convicted of insurance fraud last year but skipped his sentencing hearing has been arrested in Panama, federal officials said.
Stephen Keller was picking up his son from day care when Panamanian police caught him.
The former chief executive of Lexington-based Kelco Inc. fled after he was accused of buying life insurance policies from terminally ill policyholders for a fraction of their value.
