Journalists Protest Violence Against Media

About 200 journalists briefly occupied the Palestinian legislative building in Gaza Strip to protest a series of attacks on reporters. The protesters left after a top aide to Yasser Arafat said the Palestinian Authority president is committed to finding those behind the violence.
In the most recent attack, assailants burned the car of Munir abu Rezk, Gaza bureau chief of Al Hayat Al Jadida newspaper.
