Police are searching for drivers of two vehicles who ran off after a female passenger was killed in a Sunday night crash, officials said.

The driver of a white Toyota Camry tried to ram a dark 1989 Nissan Maxima after the cars’ occupants started fighting at 9:40 p.m. near Hampstead Street and Lynne Avenue, said Anaheim Police Sgt. Rick Martinez.

The Camry passenger, a 20-year-old Anaheim resident, was ejected from the car on the 1500 block of South Walnut Street and died at Western Medical Center-Anaheim, Martinez said. Police found the Nissan abandoned about 50 yards from the Toyota.
