Relaxing, unstressing in her life after ‘Buffy’

Now that “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” has staked her last monster, 18-year-old actress Michelle Trachtenberg, who played Buffy’s little sister, is looking to strut her adult stuff in movies. She’s starring in the R-rated comedy “Eurotrip,” opening Friday, in which four American teens romp the Old World. In real life, Trachtenberg lives at home in L.A. with her mother and sister.

Dinner with mom and sis

Friday, I’d go out to dinner with my mom and my sister. I just went to Justin Timberlake’s new restaurant, Chi. It’s in the Hyatt on Sunset. They have a really interesting menu where you order a bunch of stuff and everyone shares. They have this tuna sashimi that’s really great. They have mushroom spring rolls and I love mushrooms. They have chicken that’s in this barbecue sauce that’s the softest thing you’ll ever have.

After dinner, I’m usually tired from working all week, so I just go back to my house. We’ll relax in the family room in sweats and watch DVDs. We have “Sex and the City” and we’re going through all the seasons. I love “Sex and the City.” I’m really sad that it’s ending.

Shopping at Barneys

Saturday morning, I definitely start out with Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I usually have it five or so times a week. I get a really obnoxious drink: a vanilla ice-blended, no-sugar-added soy with whip. It’s so good because you get the no-sugar-added, but the soy is sweeter, so it’s like you have the sugar in there.

In the afternoon, I usually get together with my friends and we’ll go shopping. I love shopping. Barneys is great for everything. I love Anthropologie, Lisa Kline, and Kitson. The stores on Robertson are really cool. I also love the vintage stores like Polkadots & Moonbeams. Urban Outfitters on Melrose is awesome for fun, trendy stuff. I can’t resist buying shoes, bags and lip gloss. I can never leave a shopping experience without one of those.

Usually, after a day of shopping, my friends and I will go to In-N-Out. Gotta love In-N-Out. Sometimes, I’ll get the cheeseburger, no lettuce or onions. If I want to go crazy, I’ll have the No. 2 animal style -- caramelized onions with extra sauce and pickles.

Sushi and movies

My friends and I love to go to the movies. The Grove is cool because it incorporates shopping and movies and I always run into people there that I know. I also usually do sushi on Saturday nights. Matsuhisa is always great, but I’m totally bummed that Sushi on Sunset closed. I get tuna sashimi. I love eel and avocado roll. I love the California roll with baked scallops on top. Miso soup, always, and green tea.

Sunday at the spa

Sunday, my favorite thing to do is get a massage and spend some time at the spa. I really like Aqua and Kinara. I use the steam room, sauna, manicure, pedicure. I love the aromatherapy massage and deep stress-relief massage. Those are great because I do have some stress-relieving to do. I’m training for my next movie, Disney’s “Ice Princess,” so I’m in ice-skating and ballet training five days a week.

Then my mom and sister and I will get together again for a lunch. I’m addicted to Cheesecake Factory. The menu is huge but I have favorites: the chicken Madeira or the Cobb salad.
