1 Dead, 3 Wounded in Mardi Gras Shooting
From Times Wire Reports
Gunfire erupted among the crowd of people watching a Mardi Gras parade, killing a woman and wounding three. Four teenagers were arrested in connection with the shootings.

An argument among a large group apparently sparked the gunfire, but the victims were believed to be bystanders, Police Capt. Marlon Defillo said.
