3 Men Are Charged in Slaying of Soldier

Two Ft. Benning soldiers and a former GI have been indicted on murder charges in the stabbing death of a fellow soldier after a night at a strip club.
A Muscogee County grand jury indicted Alberto Martinez, 23, who left the Army after returning from Iraq, Pvt. Jacob Burgoyne, 24, and Pfc. Mario Navarrette, 24, in the killing of Spc. Richard Thomas Davis.
Authorities said Davis, 24, was killed after the group celebrated their homecoming from Iraq at a topless bar.
