Regarding your Feb. 23 editorial, “Reality on Workers’ Comp”: The solution is very simple if one uses common sense. Look at Arizona, which has a workers’ comp system that works for both the state and the workers, and copy its model. Problem solved. It’s very simple; do not try to reinvent the wheel.
