He Takes the Professional Route
As an MTA bus driver, let me apologize on behalf of my colleagues who are not doing their job (“You Can’t Get There From Here,” by Bernadette Murphy, Metropolis, Nov. 30). We get paid to pick people up and drop them off. Please don’t think that we are all unprofessional. There are those of us who go far beyond what is called for on a daily basis.
