Targeting Latinos

Re “Sowing Fear Among Latinos,” editorial, June 23: The Border Patrol is creating a hostile environment for Latino communities. By targeting the highly visible Latino community, the Border Patrol is going after the “low-hanging fruit,” as it were. I will be dissuaded from this opinion when Border Patrol agents pursue undocumented Asians working in Chinese restaurants, for example. How many undocumented aliens are repatriated, and what is the ethnic/racial breakdown of those numbers? My guess is that you won’t find one Canadian in those numbers.
