Pollution Rules
Re “Regulators Order L.A., Orange Counties to Cut Fine-Particle Pollution,” June 30: How ironic that the EPA’s Mike Leavitt calls for states to work toward cleaner air while the Bush administration actively works to weaken pollution regulations as it kowtows to industry.
