Milosevic May Need Lawyer to Finish Trial

Former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic is fit to stand trial on war crimes charges but the court may have to assign him a defense lawyer to complete the trial, judges at The Hague ruled.
Milosevic has been defending himself. The trial began in February 2002, but his bouts of high blood pressure, flu and exhaustion have frequently delayed the proceedings.
