Former Guantanamo Detainee Out on Bail

A Spaniard held for two years in the U.S. prison camp at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, before being handed over to his home country walked out of prison on bail in Alcala de Henares, Spain, judicial sources said.
Hamed Abderrahman Ahmad must report daily to police and weekly to court, and is forbidden to leave Spain. He denies being a terrorist.
The United States is holding about 600 people captured since Sept. 11 at the prison camp.
