Billionaire Leona Helmsley is suing the New York cemetery where her husband is buried for $150 million.

Helmsley, famous for pronouncing that “only the little people pay taxes,” filed a complaint with New York’s Supreme Court, claiming that building a mass burial site at the Woodlawn Cemetery near her husband’s mausoleum is contrary to the peaceful solitude she had hoped for her property magnate husband.

She is asking $100 million in compensation for the “severe anguish and emotional distress” and $50 million to cover the costs of moving her husband’s memorial.
