Casting call: Producers of the remake of “The Longest Yard,” starring Adam Sandler, Chris Rock and Burt Reynolds, are looking for football players with organized team experience.

Open to players ages 18-35 who are not seeking NCAA eligibility through a college program, the casting call will be 2-7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the Marriott Hotel, 3635 Fashion Way, Torrance.
