From Times Wire Reports

A Scottish judge rejected a claim by Mohamed Fayed that British security services murdered Princess Diana and his son, Dodi Fayed.

The action blocked Fayed’s bid for a full public inquiry into the 1997 Paris car crash that killed the pair and their driver.

A French court ruled in 2002 that the crash was an accident caused by their drunk and speeding driver, Henri Paul.
