Drug Firm Says It May File for Chapter 11

Women First HealthCare Inc., a San Diego company that makes pharmaceuticals for women older than 40, said it could be forced to file for bankruptcy protection and was considering selling the company.
The company also said it planned to shut down its As We Change mail order and Internet catalog business by the end of March.
