ZipRealty Files to Sell $69 Million in Stock

ZipRealty Inc. filed an initial public offering Thursday to sell as much as $69 million in common stock, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Details about the number of shares offered and estimated price range for the shares weren’t disclosed in the filing.
The Emeryville, Calif., company provides residential real estate brokerage services. It plans to list its common stock on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol ZIPR.
