Candidate Challenges Opponent’s Designation

From Times Staff and Wire Reports

The campaign manager for City Council candidate Flora Gil Krisiloff has asked the city clerk to reject the ballot designation of competitor Bill Rosendahl, saying it is inaccurate to call him a university professor/journalist.

Campaign manager Rick Taylor cited a news release from Cal State Dominguez Hills that said Rosendahl was a “distinguished lecturer.” Rosendahl said he teaches two classes. “I am a distinguished visiting professor,” he said, calling Taylor’s challenge “sleazy.”
