* Google Inc. said Georgia had requested information as part of a “formal hearing process” into stock issued by the Internet search giant that wasn’t registered under state laws.

* Drug wholesaler McKesson Corp. agreed to pay $7.4 million and have one of its units excluded from federal government health plans to resolve a probe of its sales and marketing practices. The unit, TBC Products Inc., agreed to plead guilty to charges that it attempted to obstruct the probe.
