* Nautilus Group Inc. said 782,000 Bowflex home gyms had faulty parts. The Vancouver, Wash.-based company said it would provide free repair kits for some Bowflex Power Pro and Ultimate models.

* A federal district court in New York approved a settlement of $79 million for workers and retirees of the Global Crossing Ltd. retirement plan, the Labor Department said. Former Chief Executive Thomas Casey and former Chairman Gary Winnick, as well as the three former members of the employee benefits committee, will pay the money.

* Frederick’s of Hollywood has signed a $6-million lease to move its headquarters from the Art Deco building at 6608 Hollywood Blvd. to 23,000 square feet in Sunset Media Tower at 6255 Sunset Blvd., real estate brokerage Jones Lang LaSalle said.
