Regarding “Camp Nicotine” [Nov. 23]: One can only imagine how many illegal drugs are consumed on public land during the annual Burning Man festival, but no one at The Times would ever question that. But oh, my God! They’re smoking cigarettes in Utah! Wearing cowboy hats! Oh no! Call in Woodward and Bernstein!
