Staffing Plan for New Police Station OKd

City Council members voted earlier this week to approve a staffing plan for a new police station in the northern part of the San Fernando Valley.
The station, which is under construction, is scheduled to open in January or February.
Council President Alex Padilla, who represents many of the neighborhoods the station will serve, has called it his most important priority.
