Lose the ‘Nuance’

Since this is the election season, I hereby nominate for oblivion the word “nuance” and all forms of it, which have sprouted and spread like kudzu in the last six months. It’s difficult to find a campaign speech, editorial or letter to the editor that doesn’t contain it. Even this one does.
