EU-Iran Talks End; More Are Planned
European Union and Iranian negotiators failed to reach agreement during talks in London on Tehran’s nuclear program, but they decided to meet again.
“No conclusions were reached, and both sides ... have agreed to go away and reflect on what was discussed and to continue the discussions in future,” the British Foreign Office said.
No immediate comment was available from Iran, accused by the United States of having a secret agenda to develop nuclear weapons. Tehran denies the charge, saying its program is solely for power generation.
