Ford to Combine Marketing Divisions

Ford Motor Co. is merging its Ford and Lincoln-Mercury marketing divisions and shedding some regional offices that support U.S. dealerships.

The automaker said it would have a single sales operation for Ford and Lincoln-Mercury and reduce the total number of dealer-support offices from 17 to 11.

Ford’s regional office in Mission Viejo will remain open.
