Information on library hours and location maps can be found on the Los Angeles Public Library website at www.lapl.org. A complete catalog of the libraries’ holdings also can be found on that site, along with resources for holding and renewing books at any of the branches.

The following are addresses, hours and this month’s programs for the seven branches detailed in this story:
