Some Home Buyers Are Reaching Too High

Re: “Home Affordability is Near Record Low,” Dec. 9

If 85% of the households in California are shut out of the real estate market due to affordability ratings, who then is buying all these overpriced homes?

That just points to individuals and lenders overextending themselves.
