British Sleuths Map Tunnel in Diana’s Death

Share
From Times Wire Reports

A team of British detectives photographed and measured the Paris tunnel where Princess Diana died in a 1997 car crash, using technology that wasn’t available when she died.

As part of the effort, the Pont D’Alma tunnel was closed for hours so it could be scanned with lasers to help create a 3-D computer model of the scene.

Information was being collected for coroner inquests in the deaths of Diana and her companion, Dodi Fayed.
