Appropriate Language for Cellphone Contracts
Anne Montesano of the Central American Resource Center complains that the cellular service contracts are written in English (“PUC’s Lifting of Phone Rules Hurts Consumers,” Letters, Feb. 20).
Would it be possible for The Times to survey Central American countries to see how many write their contracts in English?
