Regarding European Union official Benita Ferreo-Waldner shrugging her shoulders at wearing a red suit similar to that of Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice (front-page photo, Feb. 23): If she were at all chagrined, she needed only to turn her head at the scores of men behind her distinguishable in dress only by their ties.
